Our approach

Healing Hearts individualized, case-management approach gives community members healthy/safe housing options and life management tools designed to alleviate poverty and promote self- sufficiency. Healing Hearts advances its mission by offering wraparound services that include temporary housing, resource and needs assessment, employment/training/education support and a full range of services that lead to stable, permanent housing solutions.
Programming is delivered from a supportive housing site that is operated and managed by Healing Hearts staffed with experienced House Managers, Case Managers and Peer Recovery professionals.
